I am an entrepreneur, real estate investor, transformational speaker, and founder of Kurt Capital Group. Originally from Turkey, I came to the United States at a young age with a vision of creating opportunities, building businesses, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

My journey has been shaped by resilience, determination, and a belief that our circumstances do not define our future. Throughout my career, I have built businesses, navigated personal and professional challenges, and developed a passion for helping others recognize their potential and pursue their goals with confidence.

Today, I focus on multifamily real estate acquisitions, syndications, and land development opportunities while sharing lessons on entrepreneurship, leadership, personal growth, and wealth creation. I believe financial education and real estate investing can be powerful tools for creating long-term stability, freedom, and generational wealth.

What makes my work unique is the combination of experiences I bring to the table. I am not only a business owner and investor, but also someone who has experienced significant life challenges, adapted through change, and continued to move forward with purpose.
